We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your puzzle to request a return.

MAYSTOMPUZZLE will replace the item should you experience any damage, missing piece, or poor craftsmanship.

Please send PROOF of shipment once returned (i.e. email / direct message us a picture of the receipt) so we can use it as a reference.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.You will receive reimbursment in 2-7 working days.
